A deadly tornado outbreak has swept through Oklahoma, leaving at least four people dead, including an infant. Authorities continue to assess the damage and search for survivors.

According to the National Weather Service, a large and extremely dangerous tornado was reported southeast of the city of Hominy. The tornado destroyed homes and businesses, causing widespread damage.

Three of the fatalities occurred in the city of Hominy, while the fourth victim was in a rural area outside the city. Emergency responders are working to locate and rescue any individuals who may be trapped in the wreckage.

The storm system that produced the tornados is expected to continue moving east into Louisiana and Mississippi. Severe weather and tornadoes are possible along the storm's path, and residents are advised to take precautions.
